By using the Vibe n8n Chrome extension and related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Service.

Important: These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Vibe n8n regarding your use of our AI workflow generation service.

Service Description

Vibe n8n provides an AI-powered Chrome extension that generates n8n workflows based on natural language descriptions. Our service includes:

•AI workflow generation from text descriptions
•Direct import of workflows into n8n editors
•Workflow enhancement and modification capabilities
•Support for n8n.cloud, n8n.io, and self-hosted instances

Acceptable Use

You may use our service to:

✓Generate n8n workflows for legitimate business purposes
✓Enhance and modify existing workflows
✓Integrate with your n8n instances
✓Share generated workflows with your team

You may NOT use our service to:

✗Generate malicious or harmful workflows
✗Violate any laws or regulations
✗Infringe on intellectual property rights
✗Attempt to reverse engineer our AI models
✗Overload our servers with excessive requests

Intellectual Property

Your Content

✓You retain all rights to workflows you generate
✓Generated workflows are your intellectual property
✓We do not claim ownership of your creations
✓You grant us a license to process your requests

Our Service

✓The Vibe n8n extension and backend are our property
✓Our AI models and algorithms are proprietary
✓The Vibe n8n brand and logos are trademarked
✓You may not copy or redistribute our software

Pro Plan

•Unlimited AI generations
•Billed monthly or annually
•Cancel anytime
•Prorated refunds available

Enterprise

•Custom terms and pricing
•SLA guarantees
•Dedicated support
•Custom AI training available

Note: Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in our refund policy.

Disclaimers & Limitations

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

AI Generation Accuracy

While our AI strives for accuracy, generated workflows may require manual adjustments. You are responsible for testing and validating all generated workflows before production use.

Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the Service in the last 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including:

•Breach of these Terms
•Fraudulent or illegal activity
•Abuse of the Service or API
•Non-payment of fees

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through the extension settings.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration.

By using our Service, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of the courts located within the United States for the purpose of litigating all such claims or disputes.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect.

Your continued use of our Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
